My daughter was 8 years old when all of her baby teeth were gone and we were referred to Dr. Monroe by our general Dentist. The experience has been an absolute joy. Our daughter had severe crowding, an overbite and teeth were coming in, in front of other teeth. Our Dentist told me when she was 3 years old that she would need braces and Dr. Monroe and his team made the entire process something to look forward to. We have been kept well informed of current progress and anticipated progress and what to expect next. The office is happy to answer any questions and are just as pleased with her progress as we are. The office has a nice atmosphere, there’s never a long wait from your appointment time until you see the doctor. The staff are always pleasant and happy and Dr. Monroe always takes the time to talk about progress and answer questions. I could see the difference in her teeth within the first two months. Apart from the healthy mouth and teeth benefits, having braces has helped my daughter’s self esteem and her self confidence. She had stopped smiling with her mouth open before she got her braces on, she had stopped smiling much at all really, and within days of getting her braces on she started smiling with her mouth open again and has not stopped. I couldn’t have given her a better gift than to feel good about herself and Dr. Monroe and his team have done that.

Stonebrook Orthodontics is an awesome place to get braces! The office is state-of-the-art, extremely clean and professional. Staff is always super nice, and there is NEVER a wait time in the waiting room. They are always extremely prompt and efficient. Can't wait to see the finished product when my braces come off! Thanks Stonebrook!

I highly recommend Stonebrook Orthodontics! My daughter has been a patient for about a year now and she truly loves going to her appointment! The staff is super friendly and their new reward program is AWESOME! They even give Claire points when she does well in school! My sons are 4 and 6 and are driving me crazy to get them braces too! I've never had a problem rescheduling and getting an appointment time that works with mine and my daughter's school schedule. The office is very clean and always has something for the kids to do while waiting. Stonebrook Ortho is also really good about staying on schedule with your appointments and seeing you at your actual appointment time.

I have never really enjoyed going to the dentist but this practice is different, I feel at ease every time I walk in the door. The receptionist is so friendly. I especially love that I can enjoy a hot cup of coffee while I wait.

My orthodontist is fabulous!
First off: The waiting room very clean and always well stocked with magazines and now, a new flat screen. The receptionists are always really sweet and were great when I got sick and had to reschedule a cleaning.
Dr. Dixit is very nice, always a professional and super efficient with time. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes before she comes into the room. I had a couple of cavities filled and I never felt a thing. She also helped with my night grinding. I used to wake up and have pain opening my mouth after clenching all night. Dr. Dixit recommended a mouth guard and custom fit it so that it doesn't go all the way back and makes me gag. She rocks.
Bonus: there is a tv screen to watch dvds like blue planet IN the room while you're under the drill ;-)
Angel and Rose, her assistants are wonderful. Always really kind and very helpful.
All in all, I've never had a phobia about Dentists before, and I don't have one now thanks to Dr. Dixit and her amazing team.
This place is like a Dental Empire. Seriously.
Though I had to wait over 2 months to finally get an appointment as a new patient, it was well worth the wait. The staff is large - there must have been at least 30 people working here. After a moderate wait, I was taken first to the X-ray wing to get my teeth paparazzied. Then back to the waiting room before they escorted me to get my teeth checked out my one of the 6 dentists working. Then back to the waiting room and escorted again to another section of the floor to get my teeth cleaned by a hygienist. Overall, my appointments, both at 10 and 10:30 (one for cleaning and the other for x-rays and dental check-in) took about 2 hours.
Overall, everyone was very professional and friendly. The facility itself is very clean and chic (and on the 5th floor, which affords a great view of the neighborhood!), and they even have a full-time cleaning gal going around the waiting areas to re-sort the magazines! Parking costs a few bucks at their private lot.
